Water Loss In Bookstore

The flooding you see in the bookstore pictured here was caused by a broken pipe. When the crew of East & West Dundee / SW Barrington Hills arrived, there was still water standing in the floor, so we immediately began extracting that water.

After that was completed, we were able to bring in and set up specialty drying equipment. We often use equipment such as air movers, dehumidifiers, and HEPA filtered air scrubbers to cause the moisture to evaporate quickly so that secondary damage, such as mold, can be prevented.
